Introducing my new PodCast! GenShift: Where Generations Explore Life, Work, and Leadership

Something important is shifting in today’s workplace—and it’s not just the rise of AI, hybrid schedules, or evolving leadership trends. Beneath all of that is something more personal, more human:

We’re working across more generations than ever before.

Each generation brings its own history, values, and expectations to the table. Sometimes that creates friction. But more often, it creates an opportunity—a moment to listen, learn, and lead with greater clarity.

That’s why I’m launching GenShift—a new podcast where we explore how generational perspectives shape the way we work, connect, and lead.

Why GenShift?

I’ve spent the last decade working with leaders across sectors—higher education, corporate, nonprofit—helping them understand how generational identity influences leadership, communication, and culture. Time and again, I’ve seen how misunderstandings between generations can quietly undermine trust and progress. But I’ve also seen how generational insight can transform a team, a strategy, even an entire organization.

GenShift is about capturing those conversations.

It’s a space where we ask:

  • What shaped the Traditionalist work ethic—and how does it still influence us today?

  • How did Baby Boomers redefine success—and what does that mean for today’s leaders?

  • Why do Millennials and Gen Z value purpose, feedback, and flexibility—and how can leaders respond well?

  • How do we move past stereotypes to find shared values and mutual respect?

What You’ll Hear

Each episode of GenShift features a real conversation—no scripts, no soundbites. Just stories, questions, and insights from people across the generational spectrum.

We’ll explore:

  • Early work experiences and the cultural forces that shaped them

  • Evolving definitions of leadership, loyalty, and success

  • The unspoken norms we carry into meetings, messages, and feedback

  • The moments when generational friction sparks growth

Whether you’re a CEO, a team leader, a new professional, or just curious about what makes people tick—GenShift is for you.
