FOCUS GROUPS

Focus groups offer qualitative research on how employees view current leadership, the generational tensions they are experiencing, and what they need to perform at their best. Allowing employees’ voices to be heard and then to responding to those voices with further training and implementation sends the message that employees are valued and the organization is responsive to their needs. All interview results will be compiled and reported in an anonymous format with confidentiality provided for each participant. Results will be woven into trainings to further enhance both the impact and relevance.

SURVEY

Online surveys will offer qualitative research on how employees view current leadership, generational tensions, and what they need to perform at their best. Surveys allow all employees to take part while the focus groups are limited to a select and smaller population. This allows every employee an opportunity to feel heard while providing feedback on a confidential and anonymous basis. A report will outline key findings and tangible opportunities for improvement in regards to retention, recruitment, and satisfaction. Results will be woven into future trainings to further enhance both the impact and relevance.
